And I should really not read Eugene's angsty comics and listen to depressing BGMs while RPing. *snicker* It makes for DRAMA.

To me this image feels a little... flat. :(
Sorry to say. I think maybe if the image was a little darker, there'd be a more emotional depth to it.

However, the good points include the composition and the gestures of the characters. The description is also a nice touch.

Alrighty the. It is indeed good anough to toss up as a deviation but with critiques welcome, you can expect some comments to roll in. ;)
At least you can see what might come since you have a few iff bits yourself. :thumbsup:

Good that you're trying something different though. I'm sure you'll get heaps better in no time.

Wow.. The coloring is so lovely, and the description only adds to the emotion this picture is already thick with. The lineart is very beautiful as well and....ah HELL, this pic all over is great! Wow, just wow. :heart:
